Every manuscript goes through the journal’s blind peer-review process. From Volume 2 the review is double-blind: neither the author nor the reviewers know who the other is.

ERF Interdisciplinary Research and Development charges ₱5,000 per article. The fee covers the honoraria paid to the five peer reviewers and the upkeep of this website, where every article is hosted and archived.
If an article is rejected, part of the fee is refunded. There are no page charges.
Authors should confirm the current fee and the refundable portion with the editorial office before submitting.

The same licence is recorded on every deposited record, so the website and the registry agree.
Every submitted manuscript is screened for similarity against previously published work, with a threshold of 20%. A manuscript that exceeds it is examined more closely by the editors, who assess what the matched passages actually are before any decision is taken.
A reviewer who knows the author steps aside. The manuscript is passed to another member of the panel, so that no review is carried out by someone with a prior connection to the person who wrote it.
When an error is found in a published article, the editorial board reviews the matter and decides what to do. Where a correction is called for, ERF issues a correction notice.
A correction notice is shown on the article’s own page on this site, so that anyone arriving at the article — from a search engine, a citation or a DOI — sees it together with the article. The editorial office also notifies readers by email.
The DOI of a corrected article does not change, and the record in the registry is updated to match.
